9-28-2006We could not have scripted a more perfect day of inside yellowtail action beginning with a quick morning hit that got the juices flowing followed by a three hour lull that included a little travel time to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather and magnificent scenery. We pieced together a nice day on the big fish at Guadalupe, including one standout at one hundred eight pounds, but between a high loss percentage to Great Whites and sloppy working conditions we were ready for a move by day's end. Seeking variety and a change of pace, we took off for the inside just before dark thankful, at the very least, for the opportunities we did have at Guadalupe despite a significant number of factors working against us.......
